You are resilient. You work hard. You care for others.
AND
You long to feel seen and taken care of sometimes too. You want to feel connected and loved, and sometimes you don't feel that way in your current relationships. Your relationships feel one sided, like you're doing most of the work. It's hard to ask for what you need, or to enforce boundaries with the people you love.
It's easy to lose track of yourself when you are taking care of all of the things for everyone in your life.
It's time to reconnect with YOU -
that beautiful, unique human with needs, desires, hopes and dreams all of your own.
In this reconnection with yourself - with your body - lies growth, acceptance and love and clarity.
Reconnection with yourself also holds the keys to healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Reconnection with self is vital and transformative because :
When we build relationships as adults, we often bring along patterns we developed as kids to get our needs met. Back then, we did the best we could—but that didn’t always mean our needs were fully seen or met. So, we came up with strategies that helped us navigate feeling unheard, unseen, or powerless. And while those strategies made sense at the time, they can stick with us long after we need them.
Over time, these patterns become automatic, ingrained in our bodies without us even realizing it. Through somatic coaching, you’ll learn to tune into your body and gently uncover the stories and beliefs you’ve been holding onto for years. These might show up as limiting thoughts (“No one ever listens to me!”) or habits like shutting down when you're upset.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is about the present and the future. Together, we’ll explore how these patterns are shaping your relationships today—and how you can experiment with new ways of being that create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
As you begin noticing your everyday behaviors and reactions, you'll start recognizing certain triggers—like little time capsules from the past. These moments aren’t just challenges; they’re also invitations. They hold valuable clues about where true growth and healing can begin for you.
Hi! I'm Jen Glover. It is my sincere belief that change and healing begins with gentleness toward and acceptance of ourselves. It it is my honor to guide you on this journey of change, embodiment and alignment. You can check out a little bit more about my own journey here.

How is somatic coaching different from other coaching methods?
In somatic coaching, we focus on creating transformation from the bottom up. This means tuning into the sensations in our bodies and listening to the signals our nervous systems are sending. As we move through the world, our bodies are constantly taking in and processing information, often without us even realizing it. For those who are highly sensitive, empathic, or neurodivergent, there can sometimes be a disconnect between the body, heart, and mind. This disconnect can lead to feelings like anxiety, panic attacks, overstimulation, or even disconnection from our own needs.
By processing things from the bottom up, we learn to listen to what our bodies and nervous systems are really trying to tell us. This helps us reconnect with ourselves and start making changes that feel right for our unique way of experiencing the world. This approach is different from traditional methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, which often focuses on using the mind to control the body. While that approach works for some, many people find that a bottom-up approach is a better fit for how they process and experience life.
In somatic coaching, we'll explore:
Mindfulness and Working with the Nervous System
Together, we will practice mindfulness - nonjudgemental awareness and acceptance of your thoughts, feelings and the sensations in your body. We'll also spend time getting to know your unique nervous system - recognizing the sensations that tell you you are safe and that you are activated.

Habitual Patterns and Limiting Beliefs
Through mindfulness and somatic work, limiting patterns and beliefs become more clear.
Understanding these patterns and beliefs can open up pathways to transforming your habits, thoughts and behaviors

Grounding and Somatic Exercises
Somatic movement exercises help you explore the connection between your mind and body. You'll learn how to notice both loud and quiet signs of activation and how to ground yourself when you begin to get activated.

Gaining Clarity, Alignment and Connection
Gain clarity about what success looks and feels like for you. Create goals and next steps that feel joyful and in alignment with how you'd like to feel in the future.
